Commission & Refund Policy

All commission requests are handled professionally. Once work has started, cancellation will not qualify for a refund. Refunds are only issued if the project cannot be completed due to Allie's demonstrated inability to fulfill the scope or if a significant fault in the delivered work is Allie's responsibility. Client dissatisfaction due to changes in personal preference or scope after work has begun is not a valid reason for refund.

Communication is key — keep open dialogue throughout development to align expectations and address concerns.
